    Pioneered Brinkman’s first in-house marketing agency model, standardizing strategy, creative execution, and performance measurement across a diverse portfolio. Transitioned 20+ unique identities into a cohesive branded house while directing marketing strategy for everything from branding and digital strategy (SEO, SEM, SMM, ILS, websites) to collateral design and reputation management.

  • Budget Management + Performance Analytics

    Managed marketing budgets, vendor contracts, and analytics to drive cost-per-lease efficiencies and maximize ROI. Built a standardized Excel tracking system that linked marketing spend to lease generation, enabling data-driven decisions and more strategic allocation of resources.

  • Reputation Management

    Led a portfolio-wide reputation management initiative that significantly improved multifamily property ratings across Google, ILS, social, and Yelp. Partnered with property managers to ensure all reviews received a response and implemented proactive strategies to generate positive feedback and mitigate business risk.

  • Peer-to-Peer Recognition

    Led the company’s peer-to-peer recognition program, building an automated shoutout system in Power Automate and overseeing all collateral, awards, and quarterly meeting presentations. Directed an AIP to refresh company values, inspire participation, and strengthen culture, ultimately leading to a new core value emphasizing profitability.
